In July 2025, Invesco and JLL inaugurated Capital 8, a new office complex in the heart of Paris’ 8^th arrondissement. As part of a large-scale renovation launched several years prior, Zéphyr was selected to design and develop the concept for the restaurant within one of the buildings. Over the course of two years, the agency’s creative and technical teams worked closely with a wide network of real estate firms, creative agencies and service providers to bring this truly unique space to life—a space at the crossroads of function, experience and identity.
